How long does it
usually take for shipping?
We love your passion for our product and want you in our clothes
as soon as possible! We work as fast as we can to get you in KNIGHTSWAG. All
items ship within 2-14 business days. Shipping depends on stock, geographic
location and demand of items requested.
How long does it take for customer service to respond to emails?
Just want to say hi? Love your KNIGHTSWAG. Hearing from you
makes our day. All emails will be recognized within 24-48 hours. mailto:[email protected]
How do I go about tracking my order?
After your order has been placed, it will be listed as
"Pending" in your account on our site and on Paypal.com. Don't worry,
pending just means that your order has been received and is going through a
quality check by us. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order
confirmation. After confirmation, your order status will change from
"Pending" to "Complete" in your account on KNIGHTSWAG.com
and Paypal.com. Once your order has been successfully completed, you will
receive an email from [email protected] within the following
24-48 hours that will include your final tracking information. Visit USPS.com
to track your package using the tracking number provided.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We stand by our product and believe that once you get your SWAG,
you will only want more. All sales are final, with no refunds. KNIGHTSWAG reserves
the right to grant or deny exchanges depending on the circumstance of each
individual situation.
How do I best care for my KNIGHTSWAG apparel?
We take time and made each piece with love, so treat it with
love! We recommend that all KNIGHTSWAG products are cleaned as directed by the garments.
I do not have a Paypal account. Can I still place orders online?
Of course you can by simply linking your Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express cards to your Paypal account and then use it to
purchase your order. You can not link a gift card, prepaid card or a
one-time-use card to your Paypal account, though.
Do you offer custom color ways as an option?
Nope, but there is definitely something for everyone and if you
have a suggestion on one of our products we’ll definitely take it into
consideration. We are constantly releasing new color options specifically with
you in mind.
Are the colors online
the only colors offered?
What
you see is what you get. All online merchandise is currently in stock and
available unless otherwise stated.
